What we collect

• Account details. Your email address and display name when you create an account, so we can show you your purchases.
• Saved items. Ideas and showcases you choose to favourite, stored against your account.
• Purchase records. The product you bought, the amount, the currency, an order reference and its status.
• Newsletter email. Only if you subscribe.

Card details

We never see or store your card number. Payments are handled entirely by our payment provider on a secure checkout page; we receive only a confirmation that a payment succeeded and a reference for it.

How we use it

To give you access to what you bought, to keep your saved items available when you sign back in, to answer support messages, and — if you subscribed — to send occasional emails about new material. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising profiles.

Who else is involved

We rely on service providers for hosting, database and authentication, for payment processing, and for email delivery. They process your data on our instructions and only to provide those services.

How long we keep it

Account and purchase records are kept while your account exists, and afterwards only where we must retain proof of a transaction. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your choices

You can update your details, remove saved items, unsubscribe from emails, or ask us to delete your account and its data. Downloads are protected: purchased files are served through short-lived private links tied to your account, never a public URL.
